We have a very active youth group. The teens at our church have a strong burden to see their friends and family reached with the gospel. In the past couple years we have seen God move in the lives of several family members of some of the senior high students. Grandparents, fathers, brothers and sisters of our teenagers have found salvation. Much of the growth the church has experienced is a direct result of the outreach and witness of the teenagers of the church. In addition to meeting on Sundays, the youth group also goes out often together on many activities. They also hold an annual New Years Eve lock-in, go on an annual summer canoeing and camping trip, and also hold Bible studies at individual homes on weekday nights. The teen class is taught by Pastor Summers and his wife Melody, and also Kevin and Elizabeth Caldwell, who are both law enforcement officers.
